Tash Koster-Thomas

Tash uses her lived experience and intersectional identity as a Black queer woman to continue the focus on diversity and inclusion in society and in the workplace. She provides valuable insight into how to remove barriers associated with diversity & inclusion. Tash is a seasoned and experienced speaker and panel member on equality and diversity discussions.

 

This interactive talks is designed to foster a deeper understanding of allyship and empower participants to become effective allies. Whilst emphasising the crucial aspect of intersectionality, it goes beyond a surface-level understanding and explores how different dimensions of identity intersect and impact individuals within marginalized communities.

Participants learn to recognize their own privilege and understand how to leverage it to advocate for marginalized groups.
